Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains what data we collect on aiyn.ai, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller
TENTAL Software LTD, Tabenkin 10, Raanana 43220, Israel (company number 513867051). Contact about your data: jean-yves@tental.net.
Data we collect
- Welcome assistant (chat): the messages you write and the assistant's replies, and the information you choose to give: name, company, website, email, phone (optional), sector, target and area, goal, known competitors, company or team size, urgency, invitation code.
- Access request form: name, company, website, email, invitation code (optional).
- Technical data: date and time, page of origin, browser type, and your IP address in pseudonymised form (a hash), used only to limit abuse.
Please do not share sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) in the chat.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions about AIyn and review your access request (steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To get back to you about your request and our services, by email (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
- To protect the website against abuse and bots (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Before your request is sent, a checkbox asks you to agree that your details and the conversation are passed on to Jean-Yves. No decision is made automatically: every request is read by Jean-Yves.
Automated assistant
The chat is an automated, AI-based assistant. It answers from this website's content and can make mistakes; only Jean-Yves can commit AIyn.
Recipients and service providers
Your data is intended for Jean-Yves and the TENTAL Software LTD team. It is never sold or rented. We use service providers who process it on our behalf:
- OpenAI (USA): generates the assistant's replies. Your messages are sent to it to produce each reply; under its API terms, they are not used to train its models.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sends the emails related to your request.
- Google (Firebase Hosting): hosts the aiyn.ai website.
- Tab (tab.bot): hosts the AIyn application server and the database where requests and conversations are stored.
Transfers outside the European Union
TENTAL Software LTD is based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Some providers (notably OpenAI and Google) may process data in the United States; these transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
- Conversation with no request sent: 6 months.
- Request sent (prospect record and conversation): 3 years after the last contact.
- Request not taken forward: 6 months after the decision.
- Anti-abuse counters: 48 hours at most.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to its use, including for marketing. Write to jean-yves@tental.net; we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the authority in your country.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Your conversation with the assistant is kept in your browser only for the length of your visit.
